Our Company just switched to Zoho Plus and the team member responsible for project management of all the modules just resigned.  I'm looking for a Zoho Desk expert to help us with training to get our Customer Care team up and running on the platform.  We're NJ based, but perfectly comfortable with a 4-6 week project-based remote arrangement.  Any recommendations??
