Example:  I want to change the email address used on an account for a 3rd party website from a yahoo address to my new zoho mail email.  I change it on the 3rd party website account page, and the site has a popup saying that an email has been sent to the my zoho mail address which I need to click on to confirm the change.  I don't ever receive the email in these instances.

I ONLY get emails in my inbox when individual people send me an email directly from their email provider such as outlook. I don't get them from website automations.   Any ideas how to fix this?
