We are using the Books API feature, and we are experiencing an issue with some invoices. When we use the "invoice_url" field to access an invoice link, we receive the error message:
"Invoice that you are trying to access is in draft or void status."
This issue occurs with some invoices but not all. It happens in two cases:
We have attached a screenshot for reference. This behavior is inconsistent, as some invoices work while others do not. We are unable to determine the reason behind this difference.
Is there a specific setting or configuration that could be causing this issue? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
