Issues with incoming emails being created as Spam Tickets
Hi
We seem to be having a similar issue to Alberto in the following topic

Only recently we have noticed that a number of emails from different customers are coming through and this is creating Spam tickets rather than standard tickets in Zoho Support
Would it be possible for the Spam Filter to be switched off for ourselves also to prevent this from happening going forward
