JIRA and Zoho Desk

JIRA and Zoho Desk

Hi,
I recently installed JIRA extension in our Zoho Desk dashboard, the integration is alreadfy configured. However I've noticed (or found information) only about submitting tickets from Zoho and convert them to JIRA issues or integrate them into JIRA projects, but I can't find information to do it the other way around.
Being more accurate, customer needs JIRA to be able to escalate tickets to Zoho. This is because they manage their own support tickets in an internal helpdesk and we're the next level in the defined support processes. So the idea is that any ticket submitted first to JIRA (internally) that needs to be escalated to us, can be escalated through Zoho.
In other words, a two-way integration with JIRA.
Is it possible to do that currently? Thanks.
