Hello, Is the JIRA integration still one way Zoho Desk to JIRA? or has their been any progress on the 2 way integration? Many of our clients use JIRA internally to raise tickets and we want them to be able to be able to escalate tickets to us in Zoho Desk automatically from JIRA. In addition to this can we integrate more than one instance of JIRA with our Zoho Desk or is it only a 1:1 relationship?
