KB lost or corrupted attached images uploaded using 'Insert Image' option

Good Morning,

Last week I created and published a slew of articles to release along with our new feature set.  Today, I've noticed that my images are now just thumbnails.  I'm not sure what exactly has caused this.  What I can tell you is that it's only the images I've uploaded using the 'Insert Image' tool provide in the KB.  Images that were copied over from a Zoho Writer article are not affected.  Please fix this quickly, as it has undone hours of work I spent last week getting these articles ready for our expectant clients.
