Recently me and my team have noticed that tags suggestion is no longer available, when creating new articles.

As a 'suggestion', I mean exactly this feature shown below.

For example, in our Help Center we have several articles tagged with the term 'wiring'.

However, this suggestion does not appear anymore.

Issue remains the same on other agents accounts.

Could you help us with fixing this issue?

Is it combined with your suggestion about creating "Tag Management" feature for Zoho Desk?
