I have created new layout with some new sections with new fields.    This layout is part of a blueprint.   As the blueprint process prceeds, each status should reveal a new section with a new set of fields.    When I try and create a layout rule, the only  option is to show fields / sections, but they are all already showing.   How do I make the rule so it starts out with all of them hidden and a show additional ones based on status?    I know how to create layout rules, but the show action does no good if everything is already showing.
