Hello, in Zoho CRM, is it possible to only let users "convert" leads when the Rating equals "Qualified" or certain fields are not left blank?

I would like to enforce that a Lead only converts to Account & Contact if its Rating is "qualified", an Account Name is specified and there's an email address as well.
