I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with the lead scoring functionality in Zoho CRM. Specifically, I am unable to add decimal points to lead scoring, and I am also unable to assign point values greater than 10 to leads. This limitation is affecting our ability to accurately assess the quality of our leads and prioritize them effectively.

Decimal Points in Lead Scoring: When attempting to assign decimal values to lead scores (e.g., 5.5 or 8.7), the system does not accept these values. It rounds them down to the nearest whole number, which leads to imprecise lead scoring.

Point Values Greater than 10: We often encounter leads that exhibit exceptional potential and should be assigned higher scores. However, the system restricts us from assigning point values greater than 10, limiting our ability to reflect the true value of these leads.

This limitation is causing inaccuracies in our lead scoring system, and it hampers our ability to effectively prioritize and manage our leads.
