Les actions rapides dans Zia Search





Bonjour à tous !

Aujourd'hui, une astuce qui vous fera gagner un temps précieux lorsque vous faites une recherche unifiée.

Nous vous avions présenté il y a quelques temps la recherche unifiée dans Zoho One, Zia Search, dont vous pouvez retrouver le détail ici. Pour rappel, la recherche unifiée permet de couvrir toutes les applications du compte Zoho One au lieu de se borner à procéder application par application.

 

Zia Search est dotée de fonctionnalités puissantes et intelligentes, dont la recherche actionnable ou, dit autrement, les actions rapides.

Kezako ?

La recherche actionnable vous permet d'engager une action directement sur le résultat de recherche dans l'interface de Zia Search. Vous pouvez ainsi profiter de cette fonctionnalité pour entreprendre directement des actions sur le fichier ou la donnée que vous avez trouvée en résultat de recherche (et non repérer son emplacement et y aller dans l'application et le dossier ou l'onglet pour opérer ladite action). D'où le fait d'exécuter une "action rapide".

 

En effet, quoi de plus frustrant que de ne pouvoir opérer directement sur le résultat de notre recherche ? En fonction de ce que vous cherchez, vous aurez des résultats à travers les applications et des actions rapides en conséquence. Prenons quelques exemples :

 

Un e-mail

Imaginons que vous recherchiez un e-mail : c'est a priori dans le but d'entreprendre une action dessus, comme y répondre ou le transférer.

C'est ce qu'il est possible de faire avec Zia Search. 

Tapez votre recherche (ici l'adresse de Lynda).



Cliquez sur le résultat de recherche pour en avoir l'aperçu. Vous pouvez bien voir qu'il a été trouvé dans l'application Mail.



Vous trouvez en haut de la visualisation, à droite, les actions rapides que vous pouvez mettre en oeuvre, comme ici, "Répondre", sous forme d'icônes. 


Un document
S'il s'agit d'un document, vous pouvez ouvrir, télécharger ou partager ce dernier sans lancer de nouvelle application.



Un client
Tapez l'e-mail de votre client dans la barre de recherche, et vous le retrouverez dans les différentes applications par lesquelles cet identifiant a été rentré : un ticket client ; le CRM ; des échanges d'e-mails ; etc.

Voyez ici : notre cliente Lynda Fuuyaat a été trouvée dans le CRM dans les Contacts, mais également dans Zoho Books dans les Contacts, les Factures et les Paiements reçus. Il en va de même dans Zoho Desk où elle est répertoriée ainsi que ses tickets. Un clic suffit pour visualiser plus en détail le ticket, le paiement, ou la fiche client en question.


Vous pouvez visualiser rapidement les tickets ouverts dans Zoho Desk au nom de cette cliente. 




Si l'on souhaite s'en tenir aux échanges d'e-mails comme dans notre exemple, on cliquera sur "Mail" (du nom de l'application) à gauche, pour ne cibler que cela, comme on l'a fait pour Desk juste avant.

Restons sur cet e-mail que vous cherchiez.

Comme dit plus haut dans cet article, évitez-vous de retourner dans l'application Zoho Mail, retrouver l'e-mail en question, l'ouvrir et enfin y répondre.

Opérez directement depuis les actions rapides disponibles dont notamment celle somme toute logique de "Répondre", et écrivez directement à votre client.

4- On opère une action (éventuellement)
