Looking to Switch to Zoho Subscriptions but need help understanding a few items

We are looking to switch to Zoho Subscriptions. I have spent a few hours looking through the documentation and some videos that gave a good breakdown of the Zoho Subscriptions. But I have a few questions that I could not find answers to. If anyone could provide some guidance/clarity, I would greatly appreciate it.

1. If a user has an active subscription, is there any way for us to allow that user to upgrade to another subscription within the customer portal?
2. Can we input additional information that we pull from Zoho CRM into the subscription that the customer can then view in the customer portal?
3. Can we add attachments on the backend to the subscription that the customer can view in the customer portal?
