Mail sender name is incorrect and Not able to receive mails in the inbox

Mail sender name is incorrect and Not able to receive mails in the inbox

There are two problems km facing here
1. The profile nick name is "Coach Nachiketh" and full name is "Coach Nachiketh Shetty". But when I send a mail through the Zoho app, the receiver still receives it as a mail sent from "nachiketh275"

2. I'm unable to receive mails in my Zoho inbox. I've tried sending a mail from a gmail account and from the same Zoho account as well. Both mails haven't appeared in my inbox.
