When I want to setup mail in Zoho Support, select "Setup" > "MailSettings", then I found below msg.
Mail Server Settings
This page allows you to create a preferred support email id, this can be used as your customer support email id
Email ID :
@zohosupport.com
After I input any name into the fill-in, the screen is still same. No further pop account setting according to help.
