I am having an issue where I sent out a campaign in Mailchimp and contacts that have unsubscribed in Mailchimp are not showing as unsubscribed in Zoho. How does this work? Is there a step that I am missing or something that is broken? I know that I have Zoho and Mailchimp synced properly.

Any help on this would be great.
