Mark a Zoho Desk Ticket as submitted by an Agent

When an agent submits a request on behalf of a customer it makes it look like the customer submitted the request and not the agent on their behalf.

Does anyone have a way to clearly indicate that the ticket was submitted by the agent and not the customer?  

Maybe adding a red banner at the top of the opening message that says opened on behalf of customer?
