Mass response from Parent ticket
Good Afternoon,
I am highly anticipating the release of the Parent Child Ticket extension for African users. As this extension would be extremely beneficial for our service desk in the linking of child tickets to the main parent ticket.
If you consider the following use case: A general outage occurs on our telecoms network., we then log a parent ticket for the general outage. It is then followed by logging individual child tickets for the customers affected
A nifty feature would be to allow for a mass response to be sent down to all child tickets and when the parent ticket has been update or resolved.This will allow for a massive time saving exercise hereby it is not required for each child to be updated manually.
Please let me know if this functionality will be made available.
