Is there a way to turn on a preview of the ticket message so that the first line is visible from a view like list mode?

This would work similarly to how email apps like gmail or outlook preview the messages in the inbox.

In the attached image, a screenshot of list mode of tickets in desk, the space between the ticket title/subject and status would have a line of preview text.
