Migrate from Zendesk - I don't have a Manage > Reports link in Zendesk support?

Migrate from Zendesk - I don't have a Manage > Reports link in Zendesk support?

1. Log in to your Zendesk account.
   
2. Click the Admin icon (  ) in the sidebar, then select Manage > Reports.
   
3. Click the Export tab.
   
4. Click Request file besides, Full XML export.
   

I don't have a "Reports" link ???? What do I do now?
