Hi!

I have a Microsoft Business Basic plan and would like to migrate the data to Zoho Mail. I'm currently evaluating Zoho Premium (trial period).

After adding the domain and configured DKIM, SPF, and so on), everything seems to be working well.

Now, I would like to migrate the emails, calendar, and contacts data from Office 365. I'm using the web Migration Tool. I follow this tutorial and add ApplicationImpersonation role to my admin user (there is just 1 person the organization). I waited more than 2 hours and when trying to add my credentials to web migration tool, I get: Invalid User details message.

Should I wait longer before trying the migration?
