Mobile Apps not automatically logging calls
Hello,
Most of our users report problems regarding auto-logging not working. They use the mobile apps for Zoho CRM on iOS and Android, and both don't show the popup that says 'do you want to log this call?'.
I've checked if the phone numbers are correctly inserted in the CRM and also re-installed the app on there devices. Is there something else I have to check why calls aren't recognized or is this a reported bug?
