'Motivator for Zoho CRM' will replace Zoho Motivator

Zoho Motivator was an add-on product to Zoho CRM used to improve sales activity management by reinforcing positive sales behaviors. As you know, we planned on bringing Zoho Motivator to EOL in order to bring the benefits of the product directly to Zoho CRM users.

Introducing 'Motivator for Zoho CRM', a feature available inside your favorite CRM which has all the previous exhilarating highlights from Zoho Motivator but with the seamless experience of Zoho CRM.

Motivator is available for Zoho One, Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho CRM Ultimate edition users. It will also be available as a paid add-on for other editions of Zoho CRM in the future. Just as before, it sources data from your Zoho CRM account, except you no longer have to manually sync data.



Here's a summary:

A whole new look - The first thing to change was our look. Gone is the grey and plain look, replaced by a fresh and vibrant purple, inline with Zoho CRM's recent fresh change.

Teams - You can create teams for Motivator to make games and targets easier to achieve. It also builds team spirit and healthy competition. Each team can also be assigned a team leader.

KPIs - You can set up KPIs or Key Performance Indicators for different sales activities so you can keep a track its performance or how your team is performing WRT the KPI. Example: a KPI for revenue earned or calls made for the month. You can dig deeper into a KPI and analyze how much each user contributed towards the KPI or what field in your CRM is triggering your results.


Targets - Targets are the same as before where you can set a target for a user, a team or for a particular sales activity such as deals closed or emails sent. The targets come with a progres bar so you have visualization of your team's performance.


Games - Games can be created between users or between teams to make work fun. Games are based on KPIs that you have set up or you can create a new KPI for the sole purpose of the game. You can select more than one KPI for the game. Each game has a chart so you can easily see how the game is going, who is winning and how the KPI has been impacted because of the game. Trophies and badges are allotted to the winners of each game.


Achievements - Your Motivator performance is summed up in the achievements panel. It shows you all the trophies and points won for games, which can be broken up by team or user who you know who your star performers are. It also encourages your team when they can see how well they're doing.



Dashboard - Your dashboard is a collection of all your Motivator activities. You can add KPIs, Games or Targets and break them down by user or by team. It gives you an overall view into your sales activities and becomes a shortcut to the game or target you're focusing on.


TV channels - Formerly known as 'Motivator TV', TV channels are a way to broadcast different elements of Motivator. You can create a channel to showcase the funnest or most interesting metrics to your team in order to motivate them such as a competitive game or a KPI like the number of deals closed or your daily targets. You can switch between channels and the TV channels are updated in real-time.
