Last November, we released Zoho Desk to businesses across the world. The response has been tremendous. We've nearly doubled the number of new customers added (mostly through word of mouth). Over 80% of all users have adopted Zoho Desk, and many of them continue to give us feedback regularly.
We have since worked on some new capabilities and improved some existing functionality. All of these have been built for the new Zoho Desk experience. Over the next two months, we will gradually move all our existing users to the new experience we released in November 2016 and end support for the old interface.
To start with, we will move all Free customers to the new Zoho Desk experience by 20th March 2017. Customers on paid plans will be moved to the new Zoho Desk experience by 17th April 2017.

Thanks for your overwhelming feedback! And we've heard you. We will introduce a Compact List View that will display more information on one page. This interface will be available across all the modules, in your Zoho Desk. You could expect this to be available by the end of this month.
Until then we've decided to push back the dates for deprecating the old interface. Thank you for your support and understanding.
