Multiple Leads within an Organisation

Multiple Leads within an Organisation

I have a number of leads within one organisation, some are almost sales (and are in Contacts), but I don't see any way of connecting them together? I would have thought there would be a way to connect them together, say under an Organisational Intelligence report, or some such.
