Multiple Subscriptions going to month end invoice
I'm looking to build subscriptions without creating a corresponding invoice that is emailed out to the user. Here's the workflow I'd like to use and would appreciate help in implementing this:
- Add subscription to a client. Let's say we add a $50/mo recurring subscription. This would prorate based on what amount of time is left in the month. No invoice created or sent until the end of the month.
- Add additional subscriptions to client, also prorated, added to the customer statement invoice that doesn't go out until end the month.
- At the end of the month, we review the draft invoices and mark as paid (we take payment outside of Zoho). At this time, the paid invoice is sent to the client with the subscription and other line items on it like a customer statement.
