My account can't click on any menu options. Non-responsive. Only will let her open and log-out. Please Help!
Hi, our company recently switched to your email service. Our accountant cannot get any of her menu items such as contacts, calendars,notes, tasks, or even settings, apps or anything to respond. You click and nothing happens. It will let her log-in and log out. She desperately needs to ad contacts and change her settings as she also is in charge of shipping product to all our customers.
The only thing I thought she could do is to update Java because if you mouse over one of the buttons at the top where settings are it says javascript:void. She did the updates and restarted the computer and still no luck.
Please help, as this does not give us confidence in the service.
