My support portal has too many redirects

Hi, I was able to map my domain through Cloudflare for the helpdesk but the portal is not accessible. I keep getting the following message when I try to access : support.vingo.fit This page isn’t working support.vingo.fit redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS​ I cleared my cookies many times, but it's still not working. What am I missing? Thank you, Aurélien
