My Zoho mail can't receive any mail from outside mail systems.

My Zoho mail can't receive any mail from outside mail systems.

I can receive mails between Zoho mail system, but not from other mail boxes. I tried Yahoo and Gmail, both failed to send mail to my Zoho mail account. But Zoho mail can send mails to other mail systems.
