「My Zoho Story」では、Zoho の活用により自社ビジネスを成長させてきた軌跡を、さまざまな業界のユーザーにお聞きします。その経験や知見を、Zoho 活用の幅を広げる参考にしていただきたいと考えています。

 

今回ご登場いただく株式会社関西 代表取締役の青山敬三郎さんは、情報システム支援事業と、飲食（おにぎり専門店）事業を展開しています。青山さんと同社がどのようにZoho を活用し進化してきたのか、そのストーリーを聞きました。

 

 

――貴社の事業内容についてご説明ください

情報システム支援の事業と、飲食店事業（おにぎり専門店）を行っている会社です。
平成元年（1989年）に設立しており、さまざまな苦労を経験してきた中小企業です。

 

――Zoho の利用歴を教えてください

3年ほどになります。

 

――Zoho サービスの主な活用方法や、どのような業務プロセスで活用されているかを教えてください

ホームページを作成するZoho Sites と、求人活動や採用管理を行うZoho Recruit を連携させ、求人から採用までの採用プロセスを一気通貫で、かつ自社のノウハウを入れ込んで活用しています。会社には人が必要であり、その人材を獲得するプロセスに活かしています。


これらの採用プロセスを自社で柔軟に行うことによって、当社が思い描く人物像と希望される求職者との想いを近づけ、双方にとって希望が叶う採用プロセスを得ることができています。求人・採用活動を外注する時代ですが、自社の想いを詰め込んだ採用プロセス管理を自分で行えることは、とても有効だと感じています。

 

 

――Zoho Sites / Zoho Recruit / Zoho People のどの機能をよく利用されていますか？

Zoho Sites では、募集内容や最新トピックスを簡単に変更・新規登録できるため、更新がとても容易に行えます。コロナ禍で体験してきたように、社会情勢が変化するスピードは速くなっています。また時代が在宅やリモートワークにシフトし、サイトのデザインや文言も数カ月で流行りが変わってきます。そのリアルタイムな社会情勢の変化に、プロの知識がなくても柔軟に対応できるパフォーマンスはとても貴重です。


Zoho Recruit は、求人のカタチが決まってくると自動化していくことができ、メールの返信や採用までの定型的な業務をフローに落とし込めるので、触るほどに作業効率が良くなります。SMSが送れる（＊）のもポイントで、メールを開いてもらいにくい大学生などの若い方には適しています。面接から雇用契約の電子署名まで、HRに関わる機能をパワフルに発揮しています。

Zoho People では、学習管理システムを重宝しています。採用してからどのように教育していくかがどの企業でもテーマになると思いますが、一方的な詰め込み学習ではなく、新しい学び方を通じて積み上げていくことができています。

 

 

――連携しているZoho サービスについて教えてください

Zoho Forms は、ホームページを作成する際、Zoho Sites にとても便利につながります。オリジナルの応募フォームを作成し、取得したデータをZoho Recruit に連携することもできます。Zoho Sign も、Zoho Writer などで作成した文書を電子署名できる上に、Zoho Recruit 内でも連携できるので、たいへん重宝しています。


今までならそれぞれ別の担当者や外注に依頼しなければいけなかったことを、自らノーコードで連携できるようになり、本業に集中する時間が生まれ、コストを大幅に下げることができています。また、応募者に対しても素早い採用までのプロセスを提供することが可能になり、安心感を与えることができているのではと感じています。

 

 

 

――貴社の業務プロセスにZoho を採り入れた経緯を教えてください

さまざまなITサービスを利用してきましたが、業務領域すべてを網羅している企業は存在しませんでした。また、存在していたとしても買収やM&Aなどで構築されているため、つながっているというものの、うまく連携されていないと感じることがありました。


Zoho のサービスは、すべてZoho 自身が開発しているため、単体のサービスから使い始めたとしても拡張性があると思われました。会社全体の業務をひとつずつ積み上げていくにはZoho が適していると感じたため、Zoho を導入しました。

 

 

――以前に利用されていた他社サービスと比較していかがですか？

Zoho には50以上ものサービスがあり、それぞれを単体で使うこともできますし、連携してシームレスに活用することも可能です。


日本で存在する多くの他社サービスでは、何かひとつのサービスに特化したものが多く、異なる企業のサービスを組み合わせて使用しなければなりません。そのたびに発生するユーザー登録や開発言語の異なる連携は、簡単にはいきません。


Zohoは、単に採用だけ、人事労務だけに特化したITベンダーではなく、「作業」というものを深く考えていると思います。どのような業務工程があるのか、なにが発生するかを把握し、楽にするサービスが揃っていると感じています。
