Navigation link to export multiple wiki pages does not exist for non-administrators
When a user who is not an administrator wants to export multiple wiki pages, there is no navigation item for them to do so. See this forum post:

Specifically, the forum post says:
Multiple Pages: Click Wiki menu -> Click Pages -> Select Pages -> Click Export as PDF button.
And the second step "Click Pages" is not an option.
