at my wit's end - zoho began giving me spf, dmarc, dkim errors two weeks ago

fussed with it since and now it seems dkim is the only problem and when i added the dkim record with the key from zoho mail it still wont work

tired of this,   need someone who knows what they are doing to fix this for a fair fee
