Need more than three sub-sub-sections!
There should be the option for more than three sub-sub-sections in Zoho Desk Knowledge Base. Is this something that can be implemented before the year is out?
We are moving our knowledge base to Zoho, and this has created innumerable headaches. That and the fact that a section cannot have articles and subsections in it.
Zoho, I love most things, and these two issues are large drawbacks for me.
