New in Zoho Support: Generate Cross-Department Reports

We are happy to let you know that from now on you can generate cross-department reports in Zoho Support. Global reports give you a holistic view of support statistics across all the departments in your organization. Cross-department report is exclusive for Enterprise edition users of Zoho Support.  

To create a global report, follow the steps given below:

1.  Click the  Reports tab

2.  In the Create Report section, the module for which the report is created would be set to Requests by default. 
3.  Select Related Modules and click Continue. 
            
         Note:  The modules and related modules once selected cannot be modified later.

4.  In the Report Type tab, select the required type of report between Tabular, Summary and Matrix.

5.  In the Columns tab, select the columns you require
6.  Click Add
         
         Note: The Columns tab is not available when you select the Matrix Report.

7.  In the Columns to Total tab, select the required mathematical operations
8.  In the Criteria tab, select the criteria for the filters you want to apply to the report from the Standard Filters and                Advanced Filters sections
9.  Click Run, to view the report immediately
10.Click Save, to save the report.
