I've signed up to Zoho Support through google apps and having some issues.
Firstly, the link in google apps takes you through to Zoho accounts page however there is no links in here to take you through to the support module? Is that correct or am I missing something
Secondly, If I try to log in directly to support.zoho.com through either a google apps open ID or direct with Zoho login details it gives me -
Unable to process your request -
and the page title says 'Contact your Administrator. Well I should be the administrator as I enable the account. How/where is this setup or controlled from?
