New Zoho Support UI - Unable to move a ticket to another department when editing a ticket.

I see that we have a move ticket options under the three dots and selecting move.

However, If you edit a ticket you can see the department. But you are unable to change the department in ticket edit mode.

Just wanted to let you know.
