No mobile notifications are being sent if desktop has been notified.

Hello Zoho, we have a serious problem with notifications in the following scenario:
  1. I have the desktop client open on my computer, and I leave my desk.
  2. I receive a message and the desktop client receives a notification.
  3. I do not read the message on desktop, but my mobile client never receives a notification.
As a result, I keep missing important messages when I am away from my desk. Other chat applications, like Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Slack would send a notification to mobile clients if the desktop notification has not been seen withing 1 minute.

This is a very important feature and i am wondering if you have any plans to implement it.
