No tasks after migration to new version - Urgent

No tasks after migration to new version - Urgent

Please help...I scheduled the migration of my tasks from the old to the new version last night.
Today I have no tasks showing in the new version and the old version just says 'use the new version'.
If I try clicking on the migrate option again it tells me it's already done.

I sent an urgent email this morning and have had no reply.
It's now nearly 1pm here and have no access to tasks still.

Please, this is urgent, can someone get back to me asap????
