Is anyone else experiencing no time slots available for their entire organization as of 01/19/2021?
On 01/21/2021 at approximately 10am CST USA I lost the ability to book any time slot for any staff member. This happened as soon as a dialogue box popped up saying it was updating the time zone. I submitted a support ticket to Zoho and have been told they are working on it and that it is on the backend effecting many.
I am hoping a fix is coming as my entire business relies on the bookings program to run operations on a daily basis. It seems there should be a backup version or a way to activate a previous version of the software since I was told it happened during an update.
