I am in the process of setting up my own shopify store and I am using Zoho mail as my provider. The setup went smoothly and I am able to both send and receive emails through my email address "contact(at)onfoa.com". However, I recently added a contact form on my contact us page and tried to send my self a couple of test emails through the form itself. After five attempts from three different devices i realised that there has to be an issue with Zoho receiving the mails from the contact form. I have checked the spam folder but there is nothing there either. Link to the contact us page:
