Got an issue in manageengine service desk plus and reinstalled manageengine but not able to restore the data..

build is 9021 but not able to get old data migrated..

restoredata.bat get closed and on command promt let with a info:thread is going to sleep for [5] seconds

can you guys help me out is restoration process !
