Not getting replies to requests sent to ZOHO!!!

Hello.

I've sent several messages to Zoho about some issues and things we need cleared up that have been sent through the Zoho Help System. I have not gotten ANY replies back in regards to anything. While these questions may not be a major priority, it is COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE to ignore these requests. 

If a customer asks a question, they should get at least a response back!!!

Please respond to why our questions are being ignored!
