We have some app attendance in office and we cant receive email from automated system 

the app name is telenta.co / mekari.com automated mail no-reply@tal***.co and noreply@me***.com. 

i add in allowed list (mail address, domain and ip address) but still cant receive

can u you help me. so we can receive this email.
