Notification for Task assignement

Hey,

I am using Zoho support and have the professional plan. Currently i can only use one template to send an automated notification to a Support agent when a task is assigned to him.

I would like to be able to create two different notifications for task assignement on Zoho support, distinguishing based on type of request. How do i do this ?
