Notification on Community Portal

Hello team,

I'm reasonably new to Zoho CRM, and I'm very interested in learning more. As part of my journey, I'm starting to use Zoho Community Portal quite a bit, but I find it difficult to know when someone has replied to one of my messages or topics I follow.

It would be great to have a "notifications" button or menu, so we know when someone has responded to our queries without the need to leave the platform and check our emails. (Especially when some firewalls get these notifications classified as "Junk")



Is probably easier said than done, but I thought it would help people spend more time on Zoho Community portal and learn more about how to use the platform to its maximum potential.
