I have been creating my KB articles in Writer first since Word is not compatible and I have issues with the KB formatting changes that don't get saved (another issue I reported that hasn't been resolved).
In writer when I change the font coloring for my article the font of my bullet points (numbered) doesn't change with the rest of the text. So I thought that's not a big deal, when I copy and paste it into the KB I'll just change the font color there.
Unfortunately, I'm still have issues in the KB where my formatting changes don't save. Before my issue was that it wouldn't save the font type (Arial, Serial, Verdana etc.) that I would change it to. Now I realize that it also doesn't always save my changes to font color.
In the KB (after I pasted my article from writer to KB) I highlight the complete text and adjust the font color to my preference. While in edit mode all my changes appeared to be accepted. I select save and it's back to looking like it does in writer where my changes to font color do not save.
