Is there a way in Zoho desk to see statistics regarding workflows, rules and other automation objects? Would be nice for several reasons:
- You could ensure that your workflows are actually running.
- You could determine which ones weren't being used so you could disable them when you have reached the limit of workflows that you can create (this is my main reason)
- You could potentially optimize how zoho desk works in your situation.
- Maybe you just like numbers (like I do)
