On-hold untill planned date
Hi,
We don't use SLA's at the moment (still working on new contracts with our customers).
Untill then, we would like to have a field "Planned date" on which the ticket is being follow-up by a colleague.
I've already added the field to the layout, works as expected.
However, we also want to change the "On Hold" tickets back to "In progress" when the date in "Planned date" is met.
Tried to do it with an Assignment Rule but that doesn't let me use <TODAY> in the date field, need to set a specific date.
How can we make this happen?
