One client (my organization) and multiple suppliers .How to create my own invoice ?

My suppliers don't produce invoices.I need to create my own invoices for them. Then I pay them for the goods I bought from them.

In a nut shell, One client (my organization) and multiple suppliers . How can I use/configure Zoho invoice ?
