We have begun receiving reports of issues with uploading files into Zoho CRM in our US DC, with file uploads failing during the upload process. Our teams are currently actively engaged in diagnosing and troubleshooting the issue, and we will continue to provide updates as they are available.

The underlying issue preventing file uploads in Zoho CRM has been resolved at this time, and file uploads should now complete successfully.
